Our second playlist for Sundown Radio is inspired by the modern idea of the West. The Cowboy / Western genre seems to be trending lately, however we truly believe the modern cowboy is still alive.
Along the California Coast are long stretches of cliffs and open beaches just waiting to be explored. Our definition of the coastal outlaw is someone who enjoys exploring these open roads, always remains true to themself, and is interested in not only exploring natures frontiers but their own sense of self, personal style and creativity.
We believe there is nothing better than driving down the coast listening to good music, finding an empty beach and being the only one in the lineup. Introspection is key to finding who you truly are, and there is no better place to do it than when you are alone in the water.
There is something so peaceful about seeing the setting sun glisten off of the waves, hearing the waves gently lap against your board, and thanking the earth for being able to witness its beauty.
